30-Day Artisan Promise We want you to love your heritage pieces. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Damaged or Broken Items (Crucial) Many of our items are handcrafted and fragile. If your order arrives broken or damaged, DO NOT RETURN THE ITEM.
- Take a clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging.
- Email us at 19113002614@163.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will send a 100% free replacement or issue a full refund immediately. We do not want you to go through the hassle of shipping broken glass or ceramics back to us.
How to Start a Standard Return If you wish to return an item for other reasons (e.g., changed your mind):
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Contact us at 19113002614@163.com to start the process.
- Return Shipping Costs: As an artisan workshop shipping directly from our source in China, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and arrangements. Items must be sent back to our designated workshop address (provided upon request).
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" on the product page.
- Gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet the "Original Condition" requirements mentioned above.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
